Profiles of drivers, both those who remained and those who stayed, variablesconsisting of marital state, age, age split (10-year increments), race, gender, action description and length of employment were measured over a hiring period of three months, January 1 through March 30, 1994. A cut-off of May 31, 1994, to calculate termination's of hirees was used.
