In the report the authors have analyzed and restated in accordance withInternational Accounting Standards (IAS) the balance sheet at 31 December 1991 and the financial data for the two years ended 31 December 1993 for the principal divisions of the Company. Although their analysis indicates that the Company and certain Divisions have financial difficulties, all information is prepared on a going concern basis.
