摘要

In this thesis, several active control methods for mechanical vibrations havebeen proposed to further improve the vibration damping system performance. A simple acceleration P and PI controller are first studied. The system performance with this controller is much better than that with passive control, especially when the system has no or a small damping. Next, a digitally implemented controller which deletes the auxiliary system, and therefore, prevents the physical interaction, has been studied. Finally, linear quadratic optimal control method and pole placement method which use the whole state variables in the feedback control are investigated. The reason to use whole state variables in the feedback control is that only the whole state variables can give the whole information about the system dynamics.
