Data recovery investigations were conducted by John Milner Associates, Inc.(JMA), to comply with the provisions of the Memorandum of Agreement Regarding Construction of the Federal Bureau of Investigation Washington Metropolitan Field Office (MOA) concerning effects on archeological resources. The General Services Administration (GSA) determined that construction of the Federal Bureau of Investigation Washington Metropolitan Field Office (FBI-WMFO) on Square 530 would be likely to affect archeological resources that are eligible for the National Register of Historic Places.
