摘要

The goal of the project was to contribute to implementation of fair and openprocurement systems in Czech local government within the framework of the Czech Public Procurement Act passed in 1994. The operational objectives were (1) to develop and deliver training in 12 locations; (2) to provide technical assistance to selected pilot cities; (3) to develop and distribute 600 copies of 'Self-Study Materials'; (4) to arrange for institutionalization of training in procurement policy and practices in one or more host country organizations.
