This report summarizes a workshop held on Agust 15, 1996 which provided anopportunity to U.S. industry in the area of distributed and virtual manufacturing technologies to review and critique the Nanomanufacturing of Atom-Based Dimensional Standards Project. The information gained from the workshop will be incorporated into development project plans.
