Public servants in Drammen, one of the ten largest cities in Norway, have worked together to improve the public transport in the town, and have good expriences by doing so. The document evaluates several organizational models to continue this cooperation. In one of the models public transport infrastructure and operations are coordinated in one new organization. In another model, construction of public transport junctions and real estate development are connected. In the third model public transport, both infrastructure and operations, and restrictions on car transport are connected. The new organization can both be an informal cooperation and a corporation.
