Measurements of Triboelectric Chargeability

A method for measurement of chargeability was defined in SP-Report 1994:34 andpresented at the EOS/ESD-Symposium 1995 in Phoenix. The method is based on contact/separation triboelectric charging rather than rubbing. The method has then by experience been refined and in this work more suitable cylinder materials are chosen and measurement parameters have been defined to make the measurements less time consuming. The approval/reject level is assessed. Materials of different types have been characterized.
