摘要

The impact strength of duplex stainless steel SS2377, UNS 31803 weldments was211u001einvestigated after ageing in a temperature region above and close to the 211u001erecommended upper limit service temperature of such steels. The individual impact 211u001estrength of weld metal, heat affected zone and base metal respectively were 211u001einvestigated and significant differences in ageing response were found. The 211u001eresults were discussed in terms of alloying effects on equilibrium in the 211u001emiscibility gap in the Fe-Cr system, residual stress effects and effects of 211u001emorphology and decomposition kinetics.
