This decision document presents the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA)211u001erevised selected remedial actions for certain contaminated soils and groundwater 211u001eat the J.H. Baxter Superfund Site in Weed, California. EPA concluded that it is 211u001enot possible to achieve the 1990 ROD (PB91-921489) cleanup standards for 211u001egroundwater within the DNAPL zone. The remedy consists of the 1990 ROD components 211u001eplus enhancements, modifications, and additional containment measures as 211u001edescribed in this amendment. Actions have also been selected to modify other 211u001easpects of the soils remedy previously selected for the site in the 1990 ROD.
