The Air Force has decided that excavation and offsite disposal 211u001ein a Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) Class I landfill with 211u001esolidification/stabilization (S/S) is the preferred remedy for excavated metals-211u001econtaminated materials under CERCLA for these three specific sites and sources.
