High costs resulting from damages to areas of ceramic tiles or clinkers are very211u001ecommon in many European countries nowadays. In Sweden, for example, these costs 211u001eare almost as high as the total costs for laying tiles. This kind of damage is 211u001eoften caused by lack of adhesion due to deformation of the ground surface. To 211u001ecope with these problems it is necessary to develop relevant methods for 211u001eestimating the deformation capacity of adhesives. One of the purposes of the 211u001epresent study is to evaluate two methods of this kind.
