To Good Health: A Guide to Providing Health Care at Neighborhood Networks Centers

In the changing health care environment, access to care for people with lower211u001eincomes remains an issue. In order to meet their health care needs, programs and 211u001eservices were designed that Neighborhood Network centers can apply in their 211u001ecommunities. This guide discusses the reason Neighborhood Networks centers may 211u001ewish to incorporate health care programs into their activities; an explanation of 211u001ethe criteria used to select the case studies; strategies for implementing 211u001eprograms; and the useful resources for starting up a program.
