Water, Ice, Meteorological, and Speed Measurements at South Cascade Glacier,211 Washington, 1998 Balance Year

Winter snow accumulation and summer snow, firn, and ice melt were measured at211u001eSouth Cascade Glacier, Washington, to determine the winter and net balances for 211u001ethe 1998 balance year. Runoff was measured from the glacier and an adjacent non-211u001eglacierized basin. Air temperature, precipitation, and humidity were measured 211u001enearby, and ice speed was measured.
