The purpose of this study is to evaluate two potential alternatives for disposing of the projected AWT concentrate flows: Evaporation of concentrate flows at evaporation ponds to be constructed about 25 miles southwest of Phoenix. Conveyance of concentrate flows via pipeline across the international border with Mexico for discharge into the Gulf of California.
