This report presents results of analyses of land development, school finance andlocal government finance, and statistical analyses of the relationship between land development and transportation infrastructure investment in the Twin Cities region from 1970-1997. The report is second in a series on Twin Cities Regional Dynamics, which is one of six parts of the Transportation and Regional Growth Study sponsored by the Center for Transportation Studies, University of Minnesota, the Metropolitan Council of the Twin Cities, and the Minnesota Department of Transportation.
