Trade Policy Agenda (2000) and Annual Report of the President of the UnitedStates on the Trade Agreements Program (1999)

This 2000 Trade Policy Agenda and 1999 Annual Report of the President of theUnited States on the Trade Agreements Program is submitted to the Congress pursuant to Section 163 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended (19 U.S.C. 2213). It also includes, in Chapter II, the Annual Report on the World Trade Organization as required by Sections 122 and 124 of the Uruguay Round Agreements Act. In addition, this year's report contains the first five-year assessment of the U.S. participation in the World Trade Organization as required by Section 125 of the Uruguay Round Agreements Act. Finally, the report includes in Annex III a listing of trade agreements entered into by the United States since 1984.
