State of Georgia Violence Against Women Act Implementation Plan, 2001

As the Office of the Governor Criminal Justice Coordinating Council (Council)enters the Year 2001, it will strive to expand its contribution to achieving goals and objectives aimed at providing assistance to female victims of crime. This effort burgeons in large part due to the STOP Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) Implementation Plan. The Councils steady, on-going refinement of this plan facilitates a road map leading to effective strategies for addressing violence against women in Georgia.
