The purpose of the review was to evaluate selected patient care activities to determine whether the community based outpatient clinics (CBOCs) and primary care clinics (PCCs) provide safe, consistent, and high-quality health care for our veterans. We conducted a site visit during the week of March 24, 2014, at the Rochester CBOC, Rochester, NY, which is under the oversight of the Canandaigua VA Medical Center and Veterans Integrated Service Network 2.
