These guidelines were formally adopted by the California Energy Commission onJanuary 21, 1998, and subsequently revised on February 18, 1998, October 11, 2000, and May 16, 2001, pursuant to Senate Bill 90 (Ch. 905, Stats. 97). This Guidebook contains general information on how to qualify and apply for funding from the New Renewable Resources Account of the Renewable Resource Trust Fund.
