Metropolitan Council Twin Cities Transportation System Audit 2001

This report, a requirement of Minnesota statutes, consists of the Metropolitan Council's review of the performance of the regional transportation system of the Twin Cities Metropolitan Area. It includes a review of the transportation system performance since the last performance audit in 1997, a comparison of the performance to peer urban areas, and a comparison of service to existing standards or benchmarks.
