Next Generation 9-1-1 (NG9-1-1) System Initiative: Proof of Concept Test Plan. Version 1.0

This document is the Proof of Concept (POC) Test Plan and procedures that will be used to verify that hardware and application functionality meet the requirements of the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) Next Generation 9-1-1 Initiative (NG9-1-1). It describes the test procedures and provides the base information to validate the Next Generation 9-1-1 proof of concept. This document continues to build on the work that has been completed. The NG9-1-1 Concept of Operations (CONOPS) High-Level Requirements document and Architecture Analysis report were developed in the initial phases of the project. These documents served as the basis for the initial POC development work.
