Mid-Session Review Budget of the U.S. Government, Fiscal Year 2010

The Mid-Session Review updates the Administrations estimates of Government receipts, outlays, and deficits or surpluses to reflect economic, legislative, and other changes since the Presidents Budget was released in February. Section 1106 of Title 31, United States Code, requests that the President send to the Congress a supplemental update of the Budget that was transmitted to the Congress earlier in the year. This supplemental update of the Budget, commonly known as the Mid-Session Review, contains revised estimates of receipts, outlays, budget authority, and the budget deficit for fiscal years 2009 through 2019.
