The Concrete Overlay Field Application Program is administered by FHWA and the National Concrete Pavement Technology Center (CP Tech Center). The overall objective of the program is to increase the awareness and knowledge of concrete overlay applications among state department of transportation (DOT), contractors, and engineering consultants. Expert teams have been assembled from across the U.S. to assist DOTs and strengthen their confidence in concrete overlay solutions.
