This Final Environmental Assessment (EA) was prepared in compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and the Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) Regulations for Implementing the Procedural Provisions of NEPA. The purpose of this EA is to evaluate the potential impacts of the proposed project and its alternative on the physical and human environment and determine if the impacts would be significant thus warranting the preparation of an Environmental Impact Statement. Reclamation's Lower Colorado Region, requests proposals to fund activities in support of its Water Conservation Field Services Program (WCFSP) annually. This EA addresses WCFSP activities supported by the Lower Colorado Regional (LCR) Office in Boulder City, NV and includes programs in Southern Nevada, Northwestern Arizona, and Southwestern Utah, and any other areas.
