Ceramic-Metal Seal Outgassing Study

摘要

This project concerns a study of gases evolved from Raytheon ceramic metal seal assemblies at temperatures up to 700℃. The test assemblies, brazed in accordance with standard Raytheon procedures, were baked out for approximately six hours, during which time the gas evolved was collected and analyzed.nThe gases evolved were hydrogen, carbon monoxide, water vapor and carbon dioxide.
