Ferrite Core Lopp Antennae Parameters

Analysis of an air-core loop, in terms of its effective height, inductance and equivalent resistance, may be readily extended to include ferrite core antennae.nIt is shown that for a given ferrite core an antenna whose winding pickup than one whose winding is concentrated at the effective of the core.nThe measurements also indicate that the equivalent resistance, representing the losses in the core, is a linear function of the frequency and therefore can be expressed by the equation of a straight line whose sloop and intercept are functions of the number of turns of the loop.
