Survey of Electronic Command and Control Systems

The report deals with the first phase of the study and describes a comprehensive survey conducted of state-of-the-art command and control systems for urban transportation systems and vehicles. A thorough search has been conducted of the applicable non proprietary published and unpublished documents available in the United States. (Author)
