The report of the potential onshore effects of offshore oil and gas development on the Atlantic and Gulf of Alaska Outer Continental Shelves (OCS) consists of four volumes. Volume 4 contains appendixes with backup detail on primary industries, i.e., those which were analyzed in depth and on the methodology used to measure onshore socio-economic and environmental impacts.
