Inventory of Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment, Systems Manual

The Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment System has two functions: (1) it provides an automated physical inventory of the furniture, fixtures and other equipment owned by the agency, and (2) it generates the reports necessary to reconcile the net book value of the items in the inventory with their value as carried in the general ledger FF&E accounts. Auxiliary to these functions is the calculation and posting of changes in value, trade-ins, and deletions.
