The prevalence of positive reaction to tuberculin skin tests indicating exposure to and continuing hypersensitivity to tubercle bacilli are presented by age, race, sex, and other demographic characteristics for U.S. noninstitutionalized adults 25-74 years of age. Data was collected during the years 1971-72.
