The report provides a brief description of ABM Steering Committee involvement with economic development activities in Cavalier and Pembina Counties. It summarizes the Battelle Institute and Fantus Company development strategies that were developed for the two county area and in a general way describes the activities. The committee was formed in 1976 to provide technical economic development assistance to the counties and communities as a result of the economic impact from the deactivation of the Safeguard Complex.
