The Health Services Mobility Study Method of Task Analysis and Curriculum Design

This report summarizes the Health Services Mobility Study (HSMS), an R&D project funded by DOL. The method of occupational and task analysis and curriculum design was developed by the HSMS project as an approach to overcoming barriers to career mobility and promoting more effective preparation and use of health services personnel. The report discusses the history, evolution, and findings of the HSMS, the methods developed, applications, and future outlook.
