The Kentucky/Licking River Basins' Water and Related Land Resources Study Report has been prepared in a manner that serves as a study report and also constitutes an Environmental Impact Statement. The EIS summarized here identifies the net impacts of the actions recommended in the Plan as a whole. Each specific recommendation requiring federal funds will have a detailed EIS prepared by the appropriate agency prior to implementation.
