摘要

The central purpose is to provide theoretical predictions resulting from a coupling of a propeller-hull program (developed at Davidson Laboratory, SIT) with the out-put of the ICP program (evolved at MIT) and to compare these results with recent model hull pressure and cavity outline measurements made at SSPA. The mathematical foundation for representation of a hull in the joint presence of an ICP and the water surface is out-lined showing that the problem can be solved employing a double hull and a single propeller.
