Tropical Cyclone Modification: The Project Stormfury Hypothesis

The Project Stormfury modification theory, its physical basis, and the experiment design are described in the report. Also the possible effects of such experiments on tropical cyclone motion, rainfall, wind fields, and storm surge are examined.
