摘要

The developmental progression in the process by which young children form and maintain peer attachments or friendships is described. This process of formation is compared for normal children and emotionally disturbed children. Lag sequential analysis is used to analyze the patterns of interaction in 5 peer groups and differences in the sequential patterns are studied.
