This manual is written to give the user of the DRACR computer model the specific information he will need to set up the input file, run the program, and interpret the results. This model describes the interaction between the driver of a vehicle and an air cushion restraint system. The air cushion is mounted to a steering wheel/steering column assembly which is modeled to stroke and rotate during the crash.
