This report describes the second action year's activities of the New England Apparel Manufacturers Association's Technical Assistance project. The second action year of the project was primarily concerned with the following activities: The completion of the diagnostic surveys; the provision of in-depth services on the sequential rotation basis; the provision of in-depth services on an emergency basis; the provision of short-term remedial services; the para-professional training procedures; and the assistance in project replication.
