Maritime Navigation/Communications Program. Volume 1. Navigation and Communications System Study

摘要

The objectives of the program are the following: (1) to determine the navigation and communications requirements for the inland waterway network represented by the Great Lakes, St. Lawrence River, and connecting rivers, canals, locks, and lakes 2) to identify candidate systems which could provide the necessary navigation and communications services, and (3) to compare the capabilities of these systems with the network requirements for navigation and communications.
