The document provides the information needed to maintain the PETSIM programs. It focuses on how to transfer the PETS (Population Estimator in Time and Space) to computer systems which differ from the development system--a CDC CYBER/180-855/NOS. PETSIM, which calculates the temporal/spacial population distribution estimates, produces line-printer population vs. time plots for zones, and generates input data file(s) for ASPEX, is discussed. Then, PETSORT, which is designed to aid identification of particularly interesting zones and/or time periods after the simulation results are sorted, is described.
