摘要

The method of the paper is applicable for structures where the layers are between a ground plane and an infinite half-space. The location of the original current source and the number of the layers is arbitrary, as shown in /7/, but detailed calculations are done only for three-layer problems with the original current between the layers. The observer has to be located in the half-space. Such configurations are e.g. shielded or multi-layered microstrip structures and hyperthermic radiation devices. The paper concentrates in the latter problem. The present analysis aims towards a radiometer device which could be used to control the temperature distribution during a hyperthermic theraphy. This is an essential difficulty in hyperthermia /8/. A radiating device could be analyzed with the same method by adding the bolus layer.
