The commercial burnrnbuilding was a two-story class II structurernmeasuring 40 feet by 80 feet and constructed ofrnnoncombustible and limited combustible materialsrn(Photograph 2). The building was equipped withrna class I dry standpipe system in the northwestrnstairwell. A burn room equipped with onernFireblast LP gas-fueled live fire training prop wasrnlocated on the first and second floors. The secondrnfloor burn room also had a flashover feature abovernthe main prop. Those rooms were the only areasrnwithin the structure where actual fire conditionsrnwere initiated.
