Annual Adverse Drug/Biologic Reaction Report (2nd): 1986

The review provides a descriptive overview of the adverse drug/biologic reaction (AR) reports received by the US Food and Drug Administration during 1986. As well as general information, the AR reports are profiled by types of reports, outcomes, body systems, demographics, intervals between reported drug/biologic initiation and reaction onset, therapeutic classes, and recent new chemical and biological entities. Pertinent changes from 1985 data are given.
