The theory for the analysis of very general reflector antenna systems is developed and an associated computer program (GRASP) is constructed. The physical optics method is applied. Compared to previous computer programs, a number of extensions are carried out to obtain a high degree of generality and flexibility. Various types of reflector surfaces and feed patterns are incorporated in the program package. Far-field patterns as well as finite-range patterns may be calculated.
