摘要

Experimental investigation of multiple scattering of light in the gas-liquid critical region and numerical calculation of the double and triple scattering contribution are compared. Effects masking ideal double and triple scattering behavior in experimental data are discussed. Good agreement between theory and experiment is obtained at small values for the height of the observed volume.
