Zur Berechnung der Schaedigung Hochbelasteter Fluggasturbinen-- Scheiben Unter Realen Flugbedingungen (Calculation of the Damage of Highly Loaded Gas Turbine Disks under Real Flight Conditions)

The typical loadings of motor rotor disks made of high temperature nickel alloys occurring during real flight missions were calculated. Stress and deformation calculations were performed using elastic and plastic constitutive laws and finite element methods. Irregular fatigue loadings were evaluated. Damage accumulation was calculated. The lifetime consumption per flight hour was determined from the calculated loadings using the nominal stress method; proposals for the improvement of this method are given.
