摘要

The Spherical Air Bearing Dynamic Simulator (SIDMEA) is used to accurately reproduce the 3 degree of freedom movement of a satellite about its center of mass. The main specifications are presented for this simulator and the solutions adopted in its design, with emphasis on the bearing dimensioning. The configuration proposed for the tests of a nutation damper, which is part of the Attitude Control Systems of the MECB Data Collecting Satellite, is also shown.
