Proof of the Relativized, Non-Metric Form of Furstenberg's Structure Theorem

A rather direct proof of the result mentioned in the title is presented. Itcombines methods of McMahon, McMahon and Wu, Glasner and Furstenberg. No use is made of auxiliary topologies (tau topologies, or Furstenberg topologies), but instead the notion of a relatively invariant measure plays a central role.
