Extension and Validation of FDTD for Scattering from Targets which Include Thin Ram Coatings and/or Anisotropic Materials

The applicability of the Finite Different Time Domain (FDTD) method to targets coated with thin layers of radar absorbing materials (RAM) is addressed, and targets containing anisotropic materials are also considered.
